Margie Barilla

Margie Barilla has over 15 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, and Advertising. She has served on various committees as a keynote speaker with RAINN - the Nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization and Delegate to the United nations CSW57 San Diego - the elimination and prevention of all forms of violence against women and girls. Recently completed Human Rights program and touring throughout 254 counties in Texas and across the nation including; Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico through "Your Mental Health Matters" lunch and learn.

 

Over the years her nursing background extended her passion and lead her to - oral systemic health connecting medicine and dentistry. Incorporated her Public speaking, nursing background, and business development skills, she has the opportunity to serve prestigious medical and dental organizations in the United States.

 

Established fifteen outpatient mental health hospitals January 2019 to December 2021 in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and California serving over 33,000+ clients (5 to 17 years of age). As of January 2022 to meet and serve the needs of all especially rural areas - transitioned all locations into virtual programming. The need to mental health access and resources launched a digital and print resource guide to continue making mental health a priority.

 

As a mental health activists it's imperative to continue educating our community of The American health care system is beset with inequalities that have a disproportionate impact on people of color and other marginalized groups. These inequalities contribute to gaps in health insurance coverage, uneven access to services, and poorer health outcomes among certain populations. Children and Adolescent Americans bear the brunt of these health care challenges.

Since 2019 Margie Barilla has organized, hosted, and executed over 2,700 events with the team.

Andrei Harris
CEO

An advocate to make changes on access to mental health. Andrei has experienced the process to obtain adequate mental health support since 2008 when her child was eight years of age. Having to locate continuity of care based on the medically necessary for her child to heal - yet was not provided any guidance as insurance companies dictated her child's treatment. Later experiencing a loss of her granddaughter through inadequacy of Texas Child Protective Services system without the proper communication or removal for the well being of her grandchild. To date her voice and advocacy to ensure parents are aware and informed of their rights.

 

Andrei is honored to be an active member of the United Nations - Austin Chapter to bring further awareness on children's mental health and a certified Human Rights Consultant.
